Bradlows tarnished my name

hi hellopeter i have a serious problem against Bradlows in the CBD in Bloemfontein where i bought furniture on credit in 2017 and my instalments were up to date till i settled my account in 2018-10-03 but my account is on ITC my name is been tarnished as if i have never been a loyal customer to them i have went to the store but i was told to deal with the matter by myself please help me to solve this whole mess
