Bradlows taking time to allocate my Laybuy payment

I paid for my Laybuy online on the 17th of December 2025. Till today that money has not reflected on my side, I'm being told to send my proof of payment and I did that countless times. I called them and each consultant tells me a different story, I regret doing my Laybuy at Bradlows, they're so unprofessional and doesn't take their customers serious, today it's the 22nd of December which means 5 days later they still failing to allocate the amount I paid to my Laybuy, I used the reference number they gave me, it makes me made because that number was provided by them. I need the bed that I Laybuyed ASAP
