Bradlows Sux! Worst Ever Service
The worst service I have ever received!!! I paid for my order and they don't deliver don't even communicate, not a sms, not a email and no phone calls, nothing, you go on their website and chat on the website and they drop you everytime, with no update!!! I am super frustrated they take your money and then ignore you, sounds a lot like *****ing a person's money

They dont answer phones
They dont answer you on facebook
They dont answer you on their web chat
They dont answer you on email
Every time they just say it has been escalated to the relevant department
You ask for the number on email and they say they cant give it
Then you keep on waiting and waiting for something, and nothing
They cut you off on the web chat
Ignore you on facebook messenger
And just not respond on their mails.
I think these employess dont know what they are doing...
No one can help which means at the end of the day they just ***** your money!!!!
I am so sick and tired of this useless pathetic and utter disappointing service!!
This place can just close down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
