BRADLOWS SUCKS

I bought a washing machine from bradlows last year.Two weeks ago I noticed that my machine has a problem on the tumble dryer side there's something wrong as it's not spinning properly. I Than called them as it's still under guarantee to get someone to come check it out..I was put on hold for a whole 20 minutes had to hang up and call again I than got a reference number and was told a ticket was logged it's been two full weeks no one has come to check it out and fix it for me this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous calling the customer care line is also useless as you will be put on hold and not get assistance.at this point I'm just fed up
