Bradlows stole my bed

Good day My review for this time around I purchased a bed on bradlows online date 07/11/2020, then Saturday later they sent a message that I will receive my item on 10/11/2020. And the contact number was given on that sms but the number ring non stop no one answer it. Now today as I am waiting for their courier to call me, I noticed to my emails Bradlows asking me to rate their services as they updated to their system the bed is delivered and it was not received by me but I paid for it. Call centre are giving me excuses not solutions now as I want to understand whom shall I rate and why because I did not receive my bed as they claimed is successfully delivered. My track order no show clearly that the bed is delivered, but no one has contacted me like a normal delivery person does.
