Bradlows Stanger - Terrible Service and Quality

We had purchased quite a few items from Bradlows at the end of April 2024 as we were moving into a new house and we did not have any furniture. At the store which we purchased the furniture from, we were served with a smile and everything went well. They had forced us into some additional insurances and stuff, but we were fine with it and took what we needed to. The furniture was delivered and we had assembled and installed them. Upon installing (which took us just over 24 hours to do) we noticed damages on the TV unit which we reported immediately. Afterwards, about 3 weeks later, we were having problems with the dinning set, the couch and the bed. The couch and bed are making noises that it should not be making for a brand new piece and the dinning set table does not fit together and the glass on the table is loose, making it unsafe to use. So we have a brand new house, with brand new furniture that are making noises and a dining table we cant use for safety reasons. We had lodged complaints with Bradlows and it is taking over a month for them to rectify them. They came through to change only the TV unit and say that they can not install the unit because it is not their job and they dont know how to install it, then they want to uninstall the damaged unit but if they dont know how to install it, how are they going to uninstall it without guarantee that they wont cause damages? Bradlows is perfect when you are purchasing stuff, but their after sales are terrible as well as the quality of their products. Theyre blaming their different suppliers for everything and are not offering to assist us even though it is not our fault that ALL of the furniture has damages and are defective. Why do i have to pay for re-installation when it is in fact their problem that their furniture is of inferior quality. Why should i pay for stuff i cant use and why must i uninstall and re-install when they are the ones who provided us with terrible items. Bradlows Stanger will not get anymore business from us as they have no after sales service care and they do not car for their customers. They are only interested in making the quick sale.
