Bradlows Staff inflating prices to earn a better commission!

I went to Bradlows Trade Route Mall on Saturday the 25 November 2023 to purchase a lounge suite and HI-FI. I was told that the price was R19999 for the lounge suite however, because of black Friday, they had a sale for the full weekend. They had the lounge suite advertised in a pamphlet for R17999. I was told that because they were out of stock, I would have to pay the full price. I paid cash for the goods and later that day received an sms stating that the goods would be delivered on Tuesday the 28th. This means that they had the stock and ripped me off with R2000. I complained and received a complaint number ***. To date nobody has contacted me to explain. The sales staff at the store lie and make up stories in order to rip you off, perhaps they earn a commission and thus prefer to sell goods that are on sale at normal prices.
