Bradlows Southgate

I have had the worst experience at Bradlows Southgate Mall this week. We have taken a TV set on credit, and even 0aid the deposit but we still don't have the TV. They are telling us that the drivers are busy because it's month end. When we say we can take it ourselves we're also blocked from doing that. The sales person is also rude and very condescending. She actually told me I can have my deposit back if I'm not satisfied.
