BRADLOWS SETTLE ACC PAIN

I get a sms from bradlows14/01/2019 stating my settle amount is ........ when i go to bradlows randfontein its R300 more then what my sms said.

We phone HQ long story short they couldnt really give a good reason why its more then m sms. I have had my account with bradlows for 3 years not once did i get a statement. I phoned and made arrangement that my salary is paid the last day of each month eand therefore ill be payi g the account between th 1st and 3rd of every month

If i dont seetle my account bradlows will day light rob you.

So i spoke to the manager at bradlows randfontein. I phoned the regional manager Z for the plain reason that im not happy and hoped for her to try and sort my problem out. Never the less i settled my account with the amount that i was not happy with. The regional manager said the same soppy story her branch manager said both of them is like " sorry the accounts is not our problem its HQ" WHY HAVE A REGIONAL MANAGER if shes not capable of assisting and atleast try to help.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BRADLOWS TO ANY ONE.
