Bradlows service is very disappointing

Hi I am totally disappointed with Bradlows online services.I bought my daughter a table on the 23 December 2023 .It was only delivered on the 28th Dec 2023 because of the holidays which I understood. 2 days later it was difficult to press the device as it was starting to jam .I called the call centre on the 2nd Jan 2024 .I was told to take it to the nearest Bradlows which I did.When i arrived at Bradlows Maponya mall the stuff members there told me they cant accept items bought online. On the 3rd Jan when I got to the office I called the call centre and and I explained what happened the lady who was assisting me told me the table will be fetched at my house because it was delivered at my house .2 weeks later nothing no communication received.I call again on the 22 Jan 2024.I speak to another lady,she tells me a request for a repair was not captured .after 2 weeks a request was not captured so nothing is done.The lady then puts me through to a lady by the name of Mbali who then asks for the IM number and logged the repair query and tells me she will call bradlows maponya mall and asks that they accept the table a query for repair has been logged and the tablet will be picked up from there.The 26 Jan 2024. I went to go drop the table at maponya mall. I called this morning 23 Feb 2024 for a follow up the table hasn't not been picked up for repairs.I really want my money back and the stuff members at maponya told me there is nothing they can do as the item was bought online.

I need this sorted.i want my money back it's almost 2 months .
