Bradlows sell semi standard goods and call them new! Still waiting for my refund!!!

i am still waiting for my refund after Bradlows claimed to have paid it on 17 Aug 2018 - they sold me semi standard goods in March 2018 - they are still enjoying 100% interest on my R30 000 while I have no place to sit on in my lounge.

Can somebody please come to my rescue - the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman has also failed me.

Please help - anyone!
