Bradlows ****med me

I bought a +-R80. 0000 kitchen from bradlows, I am not certified with their kitchen instead of them change the kitchen for me they don't want to change it. The quality is the R2000 kitchen I show them at the shop what I needed even the colour is not the one, the person who put it in its like he was training because he even close the window I don't understand why he put a kitchen on the window the other drowers don't open properly and I am very tired of asking them I have been after the close to a year now but no help.
