Bradlows Rustenburg - Not great at all

Purchased a TV from Bradlows in Rustenburg. The TV just stopped working. When I requested an exchange they told me they repair 3 times before exchange and it's in their guarantee policy that I'm supposed to know that they also do not give out to customers at all which is strange if you must know it.

Now its been a month with no TV and having logged a call and only today did the repair company call to ask me where the TV is to pick it up. I paid for the TV in cash and I'm driving no benefit from it. Service also leaves much to be desired.
