Bradlows robbing people

The Bradlows in Pietermaritzburg is robbing pensioners. My mom bought a microwave set there. She was only informed that she must pay R400 per month, no contract given. She has to date paid R7000 but today they came to pick it up because of missed payments and claimed she still owes R8000 and requested she gives them R3000 cash at the time they arrived and refused when she said she would prefer to go to the store. She said she has asked them on numerous occasions to tell her the balance because they don't give her statement but they always refuse and tell her to continue paying. Apparently they fo this to elders to rob them as per 1 of their employees who has a conscious but cannot be named. They are robbing old people and need to investigated
