Bradlows Restonic bed problem

i bought a Restonic bed at Bradlows Queenstown Cathcart road branch round about 31st July 2015 . We had a problem with the mattress and contacted Bradlows. They asked my wife to send pictures of the mattress , which she did . Bradlows replaced the faulty mattress in our absence from home. That day when we got home we found that the base and mattress does not match. We immediately contacted Bradlows concerning our issue and until this day they have been unable to resolve the Brown base and Blue Mattress issue. They state that they are waiting for a sales representative from Restonic to come to our house and see the base . We visited the branch in Shepstone street only to be informed by manager they are busy with our query
