Bradlows repair is the pits but sales people are great

Bradlows repair warehouse damaged my coach by not sending it back to Grafton to actually fix. Now my one coach looks different from the other one. Who do you complain to in this regard? But I must say their sales people are actually good. The one guy even drive to my place to check the complain.
