Bradlows refuses to help me with MY refund

I bought a mattress on the 22nd of August, The purchase went through and I got an order number, I have been awaiting coms since then. I called in and the call center agents refuse to assist me. They told me there's no stock and that they've lodged a refund request, when I ask for a number to follow up on they refused to give it to me. I have sent about two emails now, still no assistance. what a useless shop, do not buy from them!
