Bradlows refuse to refund after they delivered cheap fabric instead of leather as advertised online

Bradlows is a ****, they advertise leather items online the deliver cheap fabric furniture ,then blame it on their manufacturer, then refuse to to refund. Elizabeth Motaung called us to apologize and asked we choose a different set of couches. We submitted ID and proof of banking for refund of the difference ,but to date we are told different stories, this is the third month with different ref numbers and always promising they will pay within 24hrs to no avail.

We want our refund, if possible come and take your alternative couches and refund in full.
