BRADLOWS refuse refund within 7 days

Purchased a new Dedy Washing Machine from Bradlows Bronkhorstspruit and when I started using the machine it was defective. Within the 7 days refund policy I informed the store of the deffect. They refuse to refund and keep promise me they ordered a new machine but it has been a week now and I can not do my washing. Tjey refuse a refund that is agains their own policy for me to go and buy another machine.
