Bradlows refund delays

I cancelled my refund with Bradlows in Musina o the 22nd of April and I was informed that the refund process will take up to 7 working days, I waited and the refund wa not processed, I called them to follow up and I was told the delay was due to the changing of Manager and I was going to receive my payment before the end of this week.the week has ended and nothing has been paid to my account
