Bradlows Refund Delay

Hi Guys, I'd like to share with the public of the poor service of Bradlows in Queenstown. I made a layby in 2018 for an appliance and deposited R1000. The value of the appliance R3500. Later on in the year, i cancelled the layby and requested a refund. I have made several attempts to get my money back but up until today 2021 i have not received my refund. Ive relocated to Cape Town and ive been calling from here, and tried calling even at the head office but i still have not been refunded. If anyone can assist, i would highly appreciate.
