Bradlows Randfontein

Good day my husband bought couches at Bradlows nd they got damaged. We then took them for repairs in February 2020 nd they brought back 3 seater, the 2nd seater was still at warehouse at Bradlows. Now when I do follow up about my 2nd seater I was told it's lost nd they say he must go to the shop and choose the new couches for the price of the 2nd seater they lost . We are not happy cos the couches they have are not genuine leather , they are plastic.

We have seen other couches of leather but of higher value and when we indicate to them we would like those ones they dont respond .

We have also said that if they can't give us the couches we have chosen, then we want our refund back.

We have been approaching them at the stores for answers and we dont get a respond.
