Bradlows Randburg Sq Branch Manager distasteful service.

I am very, very disappointing by the service from the Randburg Sq branch manager of people. I went into your Randburg branch on two consecutive days16 and 17 December wanting to capitalise on a special for purchases on 19,999. Upon querying my accounts,he rudely told me I am in arrears and yet the accounts and statements reflect otherwise. He was short of accusing me of non payment which I didn't understand as my debit orders are up to date. On the second day he flatly refused to assist despite the fact I had brought in all the documents needed as per communication on the 16th. If those are the levels of customer service imparted to store managers, it's a real shame based on the good reputation your organisation has.
