Bradlows Quality and Customer Services is Non Existant

I purchased an expensive sofa set cash from Bradlows Vryheid a few years ago. A year later i noticed a tear and stitching coming loose as well. I contacted the branch and told them the problem and took pics etc. Eventually the sofa was fetched and repaired (which took a long time) and finally returned. A while after that i noticed that the sofa was tearing again, i took pics and went to the branch and spoke to the sales lady that sold me the sofa. She promised to get back to me. I waited for a long time and eventually called again only to be told that she could not get a hold of me, when i wanted to give her my number she insisted that she had it. Again i gave her my number and left with a promise to be contacted. Once again no call or any form of correspondence. I called the branch asking to speak to the lady but she was apparently busy so i left a message, after a further few days i called again and spoke to another lady who informed me that she would speak to the supplier and get back to me. Once again no reply. Finally i called the manager and she promised to sort it out. Finally i went in to chat to her as even she didnt get back to me. Then only i was told that my warranty had just expired. So all the while i was being pushed from pillar to post, my warranty expired. I attempting contacting head office and didnt get much help there either. Sending mails upon mails and finally a gentleman called me back, and informed me that he would look into it, then their solution was that i pay for the material and they will have it repaired. i was not happy with it but asked for a quotation and till today have not received any feedback from them at all. I have two kids but they are big enough not to jump on the sofa, i followed the instructions to the latter and only wiped it with a yellow duster but still the sofas tore. I chose to buy from Bradlows as i wanted a quality product that would last me many years as i am a single mum and dont have the money to buy furniture every year. Worst decision of my life to buy from Bradlows Vryheid. I would have been better off buying my sofas from somewhere else. Now unfortunately i have this terrible quality sofas which i cant afford to have repaired on my own cost. I have spoken to many people and they all complained to me about the quality of their sofas from Bradlows, unfortunately i dont think other people would use social media as a means to inform others to not support Bradlows. But i dont want other people to go through what i am going through and waste their money buying from Bradlows and receiving horrible service in return. The Bradlows name is not a good quality name anymore and neither are they trustworthy enough to care for their customers.
