Bradlows - Quagga Centre

I would like to express my disappointment in your service. I saw an add on Facebook for the Mombasa Ottoman Brown. I called the Quagga Centre to check stock. I spoke to Tebogo and she said she has them in stock. I told her that they R109,95. She was shocked and I told her that it is the price. She said I should speak to the manager. I drove to Bradlows Quagga Centre and was told that Sophy is the manager. Tebogo came to me and told me that the R109,95 was the price. She said I should buy more than 1 asthe price is reasonable. She told me she has 1 in store and that the 4 that I paid for should be collected at Rosslyn. I dispatched a vehicle privately to go and collect. Tebogo said that he does not need the actual physical slip and that I could send a picture of my slip to my driver. I left the store with 1 Ottoman. When my driver realized the JDG warehouse in Rosslyn, he was told that he had to have a print out of the slip. The driver then went to go look for a internet Cafe where he could print the slip. He returned to the warehouse and was told to wait 40 minutes to an hour. After his wait, he was told that they were out of stock. I contacted Teboho and she told me that she is looking for stock. She said she found 2. Then she later called to tell me she found 1. She wasted my money that I paid for the driver. I want delivery of my 4 Ottomans to my delivery address. She also signed my collection note at a Branch Manager which is surprising because I was told that the branch manager is Sophy.

I have reported the incident to the CGSO. Please rectify the problem and deliver my items as soon as possible.
