Bradlows Protea Glen

I bought a set of couches at Bradlows Protea Glen and logged a complaint on June 2019, they came and collected the two, one sitters couches and those couches haven't been replaced since June! its the the last day of October and I still don't have my couches, today, they collected the rest of the couches, and still haven't delivered anything! I pay that account well and did not expect such a lack of urgency when dealing with customer complaints. As it stands I have no couches in my house and nobody is saying anything. Im very disappointed in the service provided by Bradlows Protea Glen and their warehouse, I am especially disappointed in the poor quality of the couches that they sold to me.
