Bradlows Prominade Mall branch

All I can say is I'm disgusted by this store and I'd never recommend it to anyone. Specifically the Mitchell's Plein branch. I bought furniture of almost R20 000 on account and they delivered a Black DEFY Dispenser fridge which was not working and a guy named Sivuyile Centane assisted me. I called in and complained about that for almost 2 months until they decided to send a Technician to fix it...mind you I hadn't used the fridge to be getting a Technician. I kept telling them that I'm not gonna have a Technician for a fridge I've never used before then after 2 weeks they replaced the fridge with one that had a dispenser problem. Since last year October, I've been calling them and trying to get them to send out the Tech for the dispenser because it's not a big issue. I've called the branch so many times than I can even remember. They just pass around the phone and just say they will call back. In January 2021, I called them again and the manager of the store said this was never logged for a Tech and that she will log it herself that day. I called again after a month because nobody was saying anything and no Tech either. Up until today, the 26th of April 2021 my dispenser is still not working but I pay every month with no issues. The manager does not want to talk on the phone at all, I am thinking of resorting to getting the fridge delivered back to the store because there's no point. In fact I'd love to just return everything I got there. Very disappointed
