Bradlows Promenade is the worst

I bought a couch from Bradlows Promenade I received an sms with the date of delivery of the couch but the date fell in a period where I would be on vacation. I contacted head office to change my date to the 3 January and all was good as I received a new reference number with my date change, a few days on vacation I receive a call that they will deliver the couch on the day I inform them that I have changed the date and nobody will be home. Back from vacation I now wait for the couch to be delivered as asked on the 3 January. I contact head office to be informed that my couch was delivered to Bradlows Promenade and they must deliver it. I make contact with Bradlows Promenade to be told one lie after the other by the manager, to date I have still not received my couch. Very poor service and I want to warn consumers when purchasing at this store.
