Bradlows Poor Service

So I bought a Fridge at Bradlows Modimolle on Lay-By. I finished paying for the fridge end of October. I waited a whole week for the fridge to be delivered only to unwrap the box and realize that the they had delivered a fridge I had not paid for. Reasons was; they had multiple deliveries on the day hence the mix up, granted. Hoping that this would be rectified timeously as they were in the wrong it didn't happen that way. I waited another week for the fridge to be swopped out with the one I bought. Fridge gets delivered and the hinges of the door are creaking when closing the fridge. I have called their complains department and asking that they replace the fridge but still a month later I'm struggling and they have my money. I have seen bad service but this is pathetic to say the least.
