Bradlows POOR SERVICE

I purchased a lounge suite from Bradlows in which i was not happy with. Bradlows came 3 weeks ago to collect the couch and since then I have been sitting without a couch. When contacting bradlows Festival mall they advised they are still waiting for feedback from the supplier and head office. 3 weeks later still no feedback from the supplier and "head office" is not answering there phones. I called bradlows Festival mall today and a nice lady by the name of Nora has been trying to assist me as the unhelpful and rude store manager Thabiso left. Nora advised me the regional manager is in today and when I asked to speak to him she advised me that the regional manager does not want to talk to me as he is busy. Bradlows has one of the worse customer service journeys ever and do not care about there customers!
