Bradlows poor service

So last year in September i bought couches cash at Bradlows in Polokwane so i was given the couches on display as they were doing stock taking and was promised brand new ones the following week, a week past month still nothing, i went back to the store to ask but was promised before the end of the week, until today i haven't received anything, this was my first time to buy at Bradlows and it's definitely the last they lack service towards their customers
