BRADLOWS POOR SERVICE

My mum bought a bedroom suite with Bradlows from maponya mall soweto I must say that it looked lovely from a distance but had problems which I believe could have been fixed. My mum and myself reported our dissatisfaction about the product last year around june/July but till today the problem hasn't been fixed but my mum still pays for what she is not happy about. When we go to Maponya mall BRADLOWS the manager keeps taking our numbers but never doing a proper job it's been four times that we went with the same problem at BRADLOWS but not getting assistance. I want to know what should I do to take this matter forward because money is being debitted but customers rights are being violated.Wheres loyalty in all this?
