Bradlows poor service

My and I bought a Roma bedroom suite at Bradlows Sammy Marks square store. The bedroom suite was delivered last week Thursday 26 October 2017. The suite was damaged and I reported the damage to the store Friday 27 October 2017. Ronnie the sales person assured me the bedroom suite will be exchanged because faults were reported within 7 days. Yesterday JD supply chain services only replace 1 unit instead of the entire bedroom suite. I require the entire bedroom suite replaced or my money to be refunded
