Bradlows poor delivery service

I paid for delivery of my lounge set at the bradlows store in Durban Umgeni road city view,I was told I would be getting a delivery at 1.30pm the delivery comes at 2pm and the delivery guy asks for extra payment to assemble the sofa, not professional service at all, this was utter bull**** and further more the guy sits on the sofa and insists for money until I told him to speak to the store owner, honestly this really ****ed me off as a customer ,rather bradlows get there own drivers then getting out source guys that are rude and unpleasant to do the delivery. Very unhappy customer as I paid cash for the lounge set .
