On the 21st of February 2015, I took delivery of a bedroom suite, however it was defective and the delivery guys asked to leave it at my house and would return on the following Monday to bring the bedroom suite in good condition and take back the defective one.<br> <br> After waiting a whole week and not getting any joy from the sales person and call centre, I decided this was not meant to be, and I went to the branch in Midrand to cancel the transaction. I signed the \Cancellation by Agreement"form. <br> <br> However till today (almost 2 weeks later)"
