Bradlows phoenix terrible service I don't recommend anyone to purchase from bradlows.

I purchased a lounge set from the bradlows phoenix in September 2023 within two weeks I informed the sale person that I'm not happy as the set has faults on it she then said she will contact warehouse they picked set 3 times and it kept coming back not repaired in the third time they brought set I told them I'm not happy and I want them to take set back and reverse my purchase. The refused In the store and warehouse sent a rejection letter stating that the set came in with scuff marks.The warehouse put the blame to me but if anyone use common sense they will see how useless bradlows and their warehouse is only after I said I don't want the set then they sent rejecting letter. At this time the set was only with me for less that 2 weeks and they kept debiting my account. I am paying for a set that was not even with me. After numerous call to the store and complaints department which they are so unhelpful even the manager at the Phoenix plaza branch did nothing to help they sent the set from the warehouse in a filthy muddy state I was shocked how can bradlows standard be so low they are a joke truly and treat customers terible. Till date I am paying for a set thay I don't want it's sad how they treat customers.
