Bradlows Phoenix Plaza Bad Customer Service

I bought a launge suite at bradlows phoenix plaza in durban for R28500, when i received the suite it was a reject i reported it till this day i have not receive any refund or exchange their sercice is very bad i would not recommend anyone to buy from them because they do not care about their customers at all.
