Bradlows Phoenix plaza

I logged a call for my bed on the 7th of June ref number, MO-SEAL-*** the reference is proof I'm sleeping on the floor but I payed 6k for a bed bought at Bradlows phoenix the beds keep on breaking this is our 2nd replacement and it more broken then the first salt to wound the replacement bed is not arriving as people of the like of Mervin who works at Phoenix branch has total disregard of customer service very rude and treats business like it is a family business constantly blocking anybody from communicating to Lance who is the branch manager who can't assist his own staff to escalate a serious matter like this if it were me I would have requested regional manager to get a bed shipped from a warehouse but am being sent pillar to post whilst myself and my pregnant wife sleep on the floor because of this gross incompetence displayed by both Manager and Mervin.
