BRADLOWS PHOENIX BRANCH ****ERS

I recently visited the Bradlows branch in Phoenix to purchase a couch. I submitted all my documents and I was told by the lady in admin that my account was approved and I have credit for R29000. So I signed the application and approved the debit order on my banking app. Two days later the sales man requests for more documents. Later on the week, when I call the salesman to find out why, he told me my account was pre-approved. I know what that means also. He lies to me and request that my husband send him his documents to apply for credit on his name. I am totally appauled by the sordid behavior at Bradlows. They either don't know what they are doing. I was told that my couch will be delivered in 7 days time. They had inconvienced me in so many ways. The Bradlows in Phoenix are ****ing ***** and ****ers. They deserve to be disgraced. I want theses incomassionate ****ing ****s to be punished for putting me through added stress. The manager is so rude and disgusting disrespectful.
