Bradlows Phoenix

Hi... I purchased at bradlows Phoenix a few days ago and I was shocked and disgusted at the service delivery.... There were so many things I felt odd about...The manager was not professional the way he spoke to his staff has if he was at home speaking to his kids...i found him to be an idiot... The second thing was I asked about my gift which I was aware of.... Because I went to the bradlows in Verulam and I was adviced if i purchase for more than R10 000 I will get a gift... The sales men Suresh said no it may be happens in that branch so I found it strange after all its the same company... Then I spoke to another sales lady she responded to me saying they don't have gifts at the moment because the manager handles that and he just takes gifts and gives to whoever he wants to.... Another thing is they have posters all over the shop same day delivery which is so not true this is misleading the customers... My delivery happen 3 days later and I was asked to pay twice for the delivery but it was being delivered to the same address has I bought two items which was totally wrong.... So I had to pay for each delivery.... Another thing that was odd... there is a competition at bradlows and the competition operators in this way you have to rate bradlows good things like service is good in order to enter the competition so basically the customer has to lie... In order to enter the competition.... It was my 1st time shopping there and will definitely be my last...
