Bradlows Pathetic - SleepKing Excellent

I have received Rather bad service from Bradlows Phoenix Plaza,

I went to the store on the 03/05/2021 (Monday) after speaking to a consultant Bongie, She was very helpful , I was assisted by another lady when i went to the store, i cannot remember her name , (Very Helpful) I advise i will be back on Saturday to purchase the bed (Cosy Nights Serenity) Queen size, On Saturday i show up just before closing , I went into the store , An guy who works in the store told me the Queen has been sold and not in the store He will show us another Foam mattress , while the other consultant who i didnt speak with keep asking if i know about the bed , its not the best , its foam mattress etc.. (If i didnt know about the bed i wouldnt have asked for it. and what kind of sales person puts you off from buying a bed. It was pointless and i walked out of the store , As i walk outside i see the Cosy Nights serenity from the window.. stacked as the last bed in the pile.. (Queen size) , I go back inside and ask why was i **** to .. the bed is in the store and not sold.. I had to take the consultant to show him the bed .. and then everyone starts saying that this is not the best of beds .. If the customer wants to see it let him see it .. I advised its pointless , as my wife has already left the store ... Long story short .. i weighed all options ... for the pathetic service i received .. and wasting my time .. my fuel .. 2 days going to the store ...

I was greeted with excellent service from SleepKing ... I was welcomed .. I was introduced to every bed .. felt the quality ... Every bed was not turned down .. Every bed had an excellent review ...

Instead of Purchasing a bed for R3500.00 like the serenity i Purchased a Bed for R9000.00 because of the service received
