Bradlows , pathetic service , and customer care horrible , stay away from online purchases from them

I purchased a tumble dryer for black Friday from bradlows which on the website informed me that it will take 3 to 15 working days It has now come to my attention that it's 7 days in and order has not even been shipped , so I decided to just make an enquiry Upon calling I spoke to a rude lady by the name of Elizabeth who tells me it says up to 15 days , after some argument , she said she would call back and let me know a status update She then calls back to say bradlows has no stock and it will only arrive in January Which is utter ******* , that's literally a full month later Why was the goods available for purchase if necessary stock was not available

I would rather have bought from a more professional online company like takealot , who always ensures what they sell online there is sufficient stock
