Bradlows Pathetic Service

My Mother did a lay bye with Bradlows in their Queenstown Branch putting an upfront deposit of R20 000 for Couches that she wanted to buy . Upon settling she was told that they no longer have the couches , they were only left with the ones on display to give to her which was not acceptable . They promised to organise couches for her from their Umtata branch which was not successful as they found out that the condition of those couches was not good (they had a hole somewhere).They offered a PE option but turned out that it will have to be out baby to transport them as they wanted to deliver them to my sister's place , how pathetic ?? She was then promised a refund which dragged for more that a week , I then decided to phone the Manager in their Queesntown branch by the name of Zolisa who promised me that there is something he was trying to organise for my mother to get the couches over the weekend . He promised to call at 3h00 but he never did , I phoned him the Saturday the 15th of Dec same promise that he was waiting for a truck . He only phoned my mother after I spoke to him . They never phone to give feed back and my mother who is a pensioner is really in such a state which is why she decided to involve us . I phone this morning , spoke to Zolisa the manager who told me that the refund is being processed but cannot provide me with proof , I wanted to see proof as I have heard all sorts of lies and excuses from them regarding this issue . He did not even see any urgency in this and kept on telling that the money will reflect in my mother's account the one that they are not even bothering to update . I am furious as it , this is not the first time we are experiencing this pathetic service from them . I will never buy anything from them ever again.
