Bradlows Parow did not render value for money

We bought 3 piece loungesuits in 2019 at Bradlows Parow costing R25000 and the leather has peeled off. We sent an email to Bradlows Customer care and they referred us to the branch. When we got to the branch, the manager just looked at our paper and said that we are out of guarantee so there is nothing he can do. He didn't even bother to ask what's the problem- so much for customer care. Anyway, my argument is this: it's not about the guarantee but value for money. The 3 piece lounge suit I bought in 2008 with less than R10 000 from Joshua door is still intact. They can't rob us by selling the products of less quality and hide behind guarantee story, a customer deserves more than that!, it's so disappointing and disheartening!
