Bradlows Order *** order date 2020/12/05 Microwave not delivered yet.

I have called the Call centre *** number at least 8 times since December and NO ONE has come back to me yet.

I then logged a complaint on this database Ref number #12232. Someone phoned me a week later and said that my microwave would be delivered on Monday 1st March. I received an SMS stating this fact.

It is now Wednesday the 10th March and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MICROWAVE.

I was very sceptical about buying on line from Bradlows and now I know for sure that NO ONE should EVER order ANYTHING ON LINE FROM BRADLOWS.

The WORST company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope and pray that there will be at least ONE PERSON who will be able to assist me as it is now 4 months later and no microwave.

What else must I do?????????
