bradlows only cares about profit

On 21/12/2015 I posted a complain about bradlows failing to deliver a lounge suite purchased on the 16/12/2015, and also their store manager refusing to facilitate cancellation and avoiding us. And now it has become obvious that they do not have the Bradley lounge suite on stock since they tried to fool us in delivering a demo lounge suite from the floor of one of their branches. Please bradlows, do not respond with a copy and paste message, I have already brought this to your attention, so don't thank me for it. Deliver the lounge suite or money back now. You even ignored emails sent form my work email address on the 24/12/2015. NB I don't pay for brand new to receive a DEMO.
