Bradlows Online Service is the WORST

I have purchased two beds online. Paid full amount. It states that it takes 3-7 working days for them to deliver. I have waited for more than 7 days, still no delivery. Tried calling the phone number they provided on sms confirming my order, the phone just rings, there’s no answer. I tried the other medium of communication provided online which is sms, but there seems to be nothing happening. They only sent me an sms on Tuesday stating they seem to be having trouble with deliveries. If I knew I would have to wait this long, I would not have purchased from them. I was under the impression that since the service is online, delivery will be quicker. I have sent them another sms requesting a refund so I can go and buy the beds from a place that would not take so long to deliver, I still have not received any response. Bradlows online services are poor. They don’t even provide customers with the platform to cancel orders or get refunds. There’s no proper medium of communication. It is simply horrible. I will never buy from them again!!!!
