Bradlows online ****.

I ordered a bed online on the 1st of June 2020 and received confirmation for my order and delivery date of 3-10 days. the 10 days has past, my bed is not delivered. The "track my order" link sent has no progress and has been stuck on "Order placed successfully" since the 1st of June. I am appalled at such horrific service from such a big and reputable furniture shop. I am convinced now that they are running a **** and BRADLOWS is aware of it and benefits from customers' hard earned money in payments and delivery fees of these items not delivered. I want my bed delivered or my money back!
