Bradlows online orders - Overall good service

I made an online laybye at Bradlows, unfortunately they ran out of stock on one of the items I had laybyed, and it was the most important part of my order. The missing star is for the lack of timeous communication, I had to call to find that information out when only part of my order was delivered, but the time taken by Ms. Mo***eng, the online orders support person to explain and try to look for alternatives really made a difference. The time it took for my refund to be processed was great as well.
