Bradlows Not Happy

Good Day Please assist with the Bradlows account I bought furniture cost me R29000 it was 2019 which I paid monthly then I settled the account I paid R18 214 I was 27/03/2019 then in June 2019 I received a call I was advise the account I'm not paying I visited the store Claremont Branch the put me on the call the lady said I must her email proof of payment email to :*** she advise she will sort it out she can see the amount R18214 paid she advise that Bradlows thy just handover the account but lady took payment never close the account I mustn't be worried it will sorted out she will send relevant email .The to my Surprise 2021 I'm receiving a letter I owe R69477.73 which i never received any call that I owe this people since 2*** and also email :nadiab1mbdinc.co.za to assist were all of this coming from I'm no happy at all
